The helpdesk you need

Our company has been using LiveAgent for more than a year now. We have dramatically reduced the time of response, the number of tickets and increased Customer Happiness indicator. It really our Customer Support team to improve efficiency and the workflow. We are making more sales using LiveChat, API implementation helped to automate a lot of tickets. Overall, the product is really well-made and the price is amazing! Give it a try, it won't disappoint you.

Best help desk software by far

A powerful helpdesk software

I'm using this software for more than a year already and I recommend it to other companies which want to monitor their work in a proper way. This software helps to assist your clients via live chats and tickets, you can easily convert any live chat to a ticket and contact the client later. It allows every agent to customize his profile, transfer the ticket to another department or to a different agent. You can always see the live statistics of every agent as a client can rate the agent as soon as the conversation is closed. It motivates employees to keep their work at a high level and also it makes the work much more interesting when you get the feedback and know that a client is happy about your the work you did.

Liveagent - what we were looking for

LiveAgent is clearly the best software I have tried, and I have tried more than few of them! It is really nice to have everything in one place, tickets, calls, chats. You can answer tickets and chat with the customers at the same time. It also has many features, you can check agents statistics, track their work time and more :)

Excellent for managing all in one place

LiveAgent is the best software for anyone who wants to manage their support ticket system and live chats in one place. As well as it is very recommended for people who have many inquiries via social media, as it can be integrated to LiveAgent, so you can communicate with your clients with no probs!

Looking for perfect Customer Support software? Well, I think this is it!

More than a year ago we struggled to find the Customer support software to suit our needs. Some of them had issues with performance, some of them simply did not have enough features. LiveAgent solved this issue! IT had everyhting - Customization, performance, a massive amount of features, both from a manager side and from the agent's. We shortly switched all of our support systems to this and never looked back :)

Help Desk with unlimited customization features

We started using Live Agent Help Desk in our company over a year ago.

Since then, we gradually increased our ticket answers count and chat count. We are able to resolve more customer questions/issues in less time. One of the best features in Live Agent is Automated ticket responses and powerful API integration.

Very good live chat

LiveAgent is one of the most user friendly, easy to use helpdesk ticketing systems we've ever used. It was really easy to start using and the price was right. Once we started using it, we were hooked! Their support during the setup process was quick and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Amazing Experience

LiveAgent is an easy winner in the help desk software category.Our team find it easy to use and the mobile app is also useful for dealing with issues on the move. 

Advantages: Reasonable pricing for when you grow Mobile apps - Android, iOS Highly recommended.

Great product, I recommend it

I tested several solutions and was very happy at the end with LiveAgent. LiveAgent is one of the most user-friendly, easy to administer program/helpdesk ticketing systems we've ever used. Reasonable pricing, additional agents from $9/month. Great chat support.
