I'm using this software for more than a year already and I recommend it to other companies which want to monitor their work in a proper way. This software helps to assist your clients via live chats and tickets, you can easily convert any live chat to a ticket and contact the client later. It allows every agent to customize his profile, transfer the ticket to another department or to a different agent. You can always see the live statistics of every agent as a client can rate the agent as soon as the conversation is closed. It motivates employees to keep their work at a high level and also it makes the work much more interesting when you get the feedback and know that a client is happy about your the work you did.

Liveagent - what we were looking for
LiveAgent is clearly the best software I have tried, and I have tried more than few of them! It is really nice to have everything in one place, tickets, calls, chats. You can answer tickets and chat with the customers at the same time. It also has many features, you can check agents statistics, track their work time and more :)
