100% satisfaction with LiveAgent

LiveAgent is a great SaaS helpdesk, quick to deploy, easy to maintain and easy to use. I can't imagine how we could have managed our customer support without it. LiveAgent provided us with great value as we can use the iOS and Android apps to stay up to date while in the field.

really useful

I really like the fact that it is mobile capable and can be used across different devices. With all the smartphones and tablets in today's time, this feature is really handy. It is really a great tool it functions extremely well, is really easy to use, and has wonderful features.

great web admin program, has some compatibility issues

 If you are looking for a web admin package with great features then we believe that we have found just that here with this neat program. It is a really great service for any company or organization similar to ours to deploy. What made it better was that it was so simple and fast to set the system up. We were able to assign livezilla to the nearest trash can with surprising speed.  The main drawback we found with the system was that it was not completely compatible with Apple products such as the iphone and the ipad. More specifically it does not pick up push notifications. If your servers do not give you push notifications as a matter of course you may not get them at all.

great help for my professional and my personal life

LiveAgent has helped me connect with my loved ones that live far away as well as communicate face to face with interested employers, who want to discuss my writing experience. I can also access potential employers by phone on my computer. It's been a real life saver because I have terrible phone reception on my smartphone but when I use my laptop to talk to employers, I can hear them just fine. This software has also provided me with what I require to improve my blog writing website as well as my writing portfolio.  Because I have a Facebook page, the helpdesk part of the software knows how to manage my profile and set appropriate limits to anyone who visits my Facebook page. LiveAgent has been a great organizational tool in my professional life and my personal life.
