Shandara was incredibly helpful and beyond friendly and professional.  She was able to walk me through and teach me exactly what I needed to know.  I was on the border of discontinuing my Tsheets subscription until she was able to get me the help I needed.

Tsheets what a great company.  Love the customer focus of this company.  Hope they never grow out of it.  For example one of our employees forgot to clock out.  I wasn't sure out to handle it so I called and almost right away Haley answered the phone.  She walked me through the correct way to correct the time reporting error and  she did it with humor and enthusiasm.  More importantly she did it such a way that I know going forward I will know how to do it myself.  All the folks at Tsheets are super and I can tell they have been trained well but Haley really stood out today!  

Hailey helped solve my problem. She is knowledgeable, informative and had very patient.

Jen D is the most supportive, patient, personable, and determined technical support representative I have ever encountered.  She made our transition to using TSheets a fun learning experience.  I learned more about using TSheets as Jen was solving my self-inflicted problems.  She earned her keep today.  Give that girl a raise!
