I just want to say how wonderful Emma was and her patience with me while working out all the kinks I had in my system.  She was amazing I think they should hire here at Quickbooks she knew their system better than them.  We spent more than 2 hours together but at the end I was so satisfied and relaxed even though I started out anxious.  Thank you for having such a wonderful person as Emma on your team of helpers.

In no time at all Elaina was able to help me figure out one of my clients QBO/Tsheets sync issues even managing to understand my lack of techie vocabulary.

Jayden was a great help on getting our Tsheets setup. So far we are on 7th day of trial and I think we are going to love it. Anytime Ive had questions getting help has been quick and helpful.
