Salvador did an amazing job fixing the sync errors we were having with QuickBooks Online. He located and fixed the problem both in TSheets and QBO. He explained everything very clearly. TSheets user interface is easy to learn. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Sal!

Jaydan was incredibly helpful in not only setting up our T-sheets account, but also with the integration to our QB online account.  Smooth, easy transition.  Plus, with so many resources, T-sheets is a no-brainer to work with.  The tutorials, videos and customer service is outstanding.  Thank you Jaydan for all your help!

Just a quick shout out for Haley, Shanon, Brad and Elaina for being so awesome! I have had some big issues to overcome with our type of business and figuring out how to make things work...these guys have come through for me every single time and go above and beyond the expected assistance.

just wanted to give a quick review about TSheets.  We have been using this for our employees "in the field" for the last six months or so.  It is very easy to use, very intuitive and has some great reporting aspects.  I called in today for some help and their support department is very customer oriented!!  I spoke with Sidney who went above and beyond to help me resolve a separate issue from what I called about to help with the management of our employees.  He made a suggestion on a setting that I believe is going to help tremendously with managing the time of our employees.  I would definitely recommend TSheets if you are looking for a time keeping product, especially for employees that may be out in the field or have multiple jobs they do in a day!  This has helped track their time as well as track the correct time for each job!  Thanks again Sidney!!
