Wow!  I have never had such customer service!  Even though I had LOTS of questions, she was continuously upbeat and positive and so very very helpful.  I really learned a lot and feel much more confident using Tsheets!  Celina really listened to me and made great suggestions too!  

Celina,  has been so helpful in this process of getting it corrected. I have been having a lot of trouble keeping another employee clocked in and have talked with several other help desk support and they have all been wonderful!  Tsheets is a great program and has great support. Would recommend to anyone looking to keep track of their employees.

We have decided to use TSheets for our time tracking system and have just had a great phone meeting with Jaydan of their customer support team.  Jaydan and the entire support team has been extremely helpful and patient during the setup process during which we had many questions.  Response time has been exceptional as well.  We look forward to working with such a customer driven company!

Loving my tsheets experience, this company has the best customer service I have ever experienced.  Emma is obviously very well trained, patient and polite!  She has spent many hours walking me through set up processes with much success. I'm still in the 2 week trial period and hoping that everyone at Riviera Building and Development loves it as much as I do👍Looking forwarding to our first successful payroll next week!

I contacted them thru facebook and they quickly responded and then I got a call and her and I would tirelessly to set everything up. and followed up on the same day and set me and admin package right away, it took 4 hours. very quick and easy and she was super patience with me.
