Appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable service from the online chat as well as the screenshare session to resolve the problem.

Just spent the past 40 minutes on the phone with Decker, who patiently guided me through the various functions to tsheets. I was on a trial period and feeling like it wasn't quite working for me...until I spoke with Decker. He showed me how to best use the app for our needs and walked me through the computer and mobile versions. He's great. Super helpful.

Elaina was very helpful and quick in helping me with getting extra pay periods set up.  Thanks for all of your help!

Emmas was excellent. I can be a difficult customer at times. Emma was able to walk me thru the App issue I was having. We were successfully able to troubleshoot and fix my issue. Wife said 10 stars for Emma

Just used TSheets support for the fist time and Shandara was extremely helpful and made it oh so easy to sort out the issue I was having trouble with. The 'join.me' set up worked perfectly. Thanks Shandara.
