Great software, so easy to use!

LiveAgent is great! It is so easy to use and navigate. Love how we can earn badges, it allows work to be more fun. Love the new "Merge Into" feature which allows duplicate tickets to be merged much easier than before. Really enjoy its smooth and fast functionality as well. Would recommend to any business.

After using LiveAgent for over a year I can tell that it is the number 1 software for providing customer service right now, no questions asked!

This software has so many options, so much functionality, unlimited customization options, etc. It is just great to use. It makes daily work easy and fast. Both agents and customers just love it!

LiveAgent Saves us Time

There are a lot of built-in features for customizing your set up. It's SaaS cloud based and thus doesn't require anyone from our company to maintain it. I like the transfer ticket option, so we can easily assign tickets to right people in our team.

Great software!

This is most likely the best software related to Help Desk that I've used. It provides me everything I need. Canned response and predefined features are really great and speed up my overall work efficiency. I would recommend this software to any Support Success specialists who are looking for something that would make their work much more enjoyable!

Really great!

The best we have tried

LiveAgent is the best support software we have tried. Before LiveAgent we used custom built ticket system and JivoChat. With LiveAgent we can have it all in one place. LiveAgent is highly customizable and has a ton of awesome features which help to organize agents work and reduce manual tasks. It even has social media integration. Thus we can now use facebook and twitter to provide support for our clients.
