OMG AMAZING
We recently just switched from a payroll company to TSheets/QuickBooks payroll I thought it was going to be overwhelming but Jacob made the experience not only stress free but fun! Jacob was amazing!! He was so patient he walked me through step by step and made sure everything was set up correctly. Coming from a payroll service I was pleasantly surprised on how amazing their customer service was they really care about their clients and want to make sure we are set up for success. The QB app that integrates TSheets with the desktop version was having an issue and Tia and the team quickly found a solution. Tia then walked me through making sure everything sync'd up and was working.
